The double room felt cramped, especially during a stay of four nights. Nightly street noise from bars was quite bothersome, with sounds lingering as late as 3 AM. water noise from adjacent showers could disrupt the peace, though it didn't last long.

had facilities needed in my twin room, including climate control, complimentary wifi, and a flat-screen tv. its personnel was affable and amicable, no complaints whatsoever.

The location is just superb, being only 50 meters from Puerta del Sol and a short walk from Gran Vía. The room was impeccably clean, with a cozy bed and great air conditioning. Plus, there's 24-hour reception.

At first impression what I didn`t like they have no breakfast but after get the hotel, I realize tha was the best and cheap bakery just on the ground floor next to it. Opening very earling and closing very late.

Good home base for discovering Madrid. Air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and a flat-screen television available in the twin room. Good beds & a decent size bathroom. Affable staff and perfect location not far from Madrid for 1 or 2 nights, airport station or train station and the centre of the city. The hotel of choice in Madrid.

Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und die Ausstattung hochwertig. Es gab wirklich nichts, was uns gefehlt hat. Besonders beeindruckend fanden wir auch die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer im 15. Stock. Die Lage des Hotels im Medienhafen ist sehr schoen und es gibt viele Restaurants, Bars und Clubs in der Umgebung. Das Fruehstueck war sehr lecker und es gab eine grosse Auswahl. Der Service war immer zuvorkommend und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Alles war in Ordnung.

This spot is super central. The staff was friendly, and it felt secure with 24-hour front desk service. Plenty of good food options around too!

One downside was the early morning noise from trash collection, which woke me up unexpectedly. Bring earplugs just in case.

Location was great and the daytime staff was very helpful in arranging tours, shows etc. The room was great for the price but it was certainly not luxurious. Overall it was a terrific stay.

We asked for a wake up call at 7:00am. The call came at 8:00am. The room was above a bar/rest with a lot of noise at night.

We enjoyed our stay right at the heart of Madrid, just a short walk from the metro. The room was clean and perfect for a family, great to be close to fun areas. The kids loved the nearby cafes with tasty treats.

My kids wished for quieter nights amidst the city buzz.

Location is unbeatable. Right in the city center. Surrounded by shops, resturants, metro, bus stop. Hop on hop off service leaves just a minute away from hotel. Staffs were very polite and co-operative. Good value for money

Great location! Next to sol metro and a short walk to plaza mayor. Room was very clean and the staff were quite helpful.

My corner room was next to the noisy street and sleeping wasn't easy. As a result of being in the the corner room, I also had problems with the internet. It only worked occasionally. If you stay here don't get the corner room! The towels were also as stiff and rough as sandpaper...i don't know if they air dry them, but not the most comfortable drying with after a shower. Other than those issues, the place is ok.
